FAQ

The questions that come up most often. If yours isn’t here, ask in the Discord #questions channel.

What is GammaPulse?

A trading-signal publisher. We score premarket gap-momentum trade setups using a documented 9-component methodology and publish the scores in real time. Every signal lands in an immutable, hash-chained public ledger so anyone can verify our track record — including the losing trades we’d rather not show.

The free tier publishes the top long and top short each market day. The paid tier (opening when we hit 30 verified trading days) publishes every signal the engine scores.

Are these picks investment advice?

No. GammaPulse provides market observations and signal analysis. We score setups; you decide what to do with that information.

We don’t know your account size, risk tolerance, time horizon, or financial situation, and we make no claim about whether any particular signal is appropriate for you. We are not registered investment advisers; we are publishers operating under the publisher’s exemption (Investment Advisers Act § 202(a)(11)(D)).

For investment advice tailored to your situation, consult a licensed financial professional.

How can I trust your track record?

You don’t have to trust us — you can verify it. Every signal we generate is committed to an append-only ledger with a SHA-256 hash chain. Each day’s ledger has its Merkle root committed to a public GitHub repository at 4:01 PM ET, plus a Bitcoin-anchored OpenTimestamps proof.

To verify any claim we make about a specific day, clone the public repo and run ./verify.sh YYYY-MM-DD. If it returns OK, our claim matches the ledger. If it returns MISMATCH, the ledger was modified after we published the root — the chain breaks and we can’t hide it.

Practically: the public ledger started June 2026. We do not claim any pre-ledger track record.

What does the free tier include?

The free tier publishes:

  • Top LONG and top SHORT pick each market day at 8:15 AM ET (X + Discord #free-daily-picks).
  • End-of-day scoreboard at 4:35 PM ET with every outcome of the day’s picks.
  • Sunday recap including the worst loss of the week.
  • Daily Merkle-root commits to the public verification repo.
  • Full methodology disclosure at /methodology.

No payment, no card on file, no account required. Email signup gives you the morning pick in your inbox; Discord membership gives you real-time access.

When do paid tiers open and what do they include?

The founding tier ($9/mo, capped at 100 lifetime-locked seats) opens when all four conditions are met:

  • 30 verified trading days of public signal record under the immutable ledger.
  • 200+ logged signals in the ledger.
  • Lawyer-reviewed Terms of Service v2.0.
  • LLC formation + business insurance in place.

Paid tiers publish every qualifying signal the engine scores (not just the top long + top short the free tier sees), plus full component breakdown, live Discord push notifications, and a daily 8:30 AM ET email digest.

Pro and Elite tiers will follow with options flow alerts, 0DTE flow, and (Elite only) founder Discord access. See the waitlist for first access when founding opens.

What does “data-aware scoring” mean?

Most signal systems penalize signals with missing input data by filling those inputs with a neutral score. That artificially drags down honest signals and inflates the apparent need for “complete” data.

Ours doesn’t. Missing inputs are excluded from the score normalization. A signal with strong core data and missing enhancers gets a high score and a separate “confidence” figure that tells you how much data went into it.

The full mechanism is documented at /methodology.

Why do you publish your losing picks?

Three reasons:

  • Cryptographically, we can’t hide them. Once a signal is in the ledger, deleting it breaks the hash chain and the daily public Merkle root no longer verifies. The system enforces transparency at the protocol level.
  • It’s how the brand earns trust. Every signal service shows you winners. Showing losers (and explaining what we learned from the worst of them in our Sunday recap) is the differentiator.
  • It keeps us honest internally. If we knew we could quietly delete losses, the temptation would build. The system removes the temptation.
Will you tell me whether to take a specific trade?

No, and we have a strict operating policy against it. We will never respond to a question like “Should I buy MU here?” or “Should I exit this trade?” even if you ask in our Discord or by email.

That kind of personalized guidance is what makes someone an investment adviser under the law. We are not registered as one and operate strictly as a publisher. The same signal is published to every subscriber identically; what you do with it is yours alone.

What if your signals lose money for me?

You agree, by using the Service, that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses. We don’t place trades on your behalf; we publish observations. The legal framework for this is set out in our Terms of Service.

From a brand standpoint: we publish every losing signal in the ledger so you can see the failure rate before risking real money. If our methodology stops working, that fact will be visible in real time in the public scoreboard before we ever ask you to renew.

Can I cancel my paid subscription?

Yes, anytime. When the founding tier opens, billing will be handled via Stripe and you’ll have a self-serve Customer Portal to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Cancellation is immediate; your access to paid Discord channels is revoked after a short grace period.

We will not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, but the free 7-day trial covers any buyer’s remorse.

How does “founding tier locked for life” work?

The first 100 paying members get $9/month as long as their subscription remains continuous. We will increase pricing for new subscribers as our track record builds (Stage B at ~$19, Stage C at ~$39, Stage D at ~$79), but founding members at $9 are never raised.

If a founding member cancels and then resubscribes later, they pay the then-current price — the lock applies to continuous subscriptions only. This is how we recognize early supporters who joined when the track record was still being built.

Who runs GammaPulse?

A solo founder with a long engineering background. The voice on our channels is “we” (the lab); the founder operates under the brand handle @gammapulsetech on X and as the maintainer of the public Merkle-root repository on GitHub.

The brand is deliberately impersonal because the value is the methodology and the verifiable record — not anyone’s personality. As we grow, this section will be updated.

What broker do I need? Do I have to connect my account?

None, and no. GammaPulse never connects to or asks for access to your brokerage account. We publish signals as text; you execute (or don’t) on whatever broker you choose.

Anyone asking for your brokerage credentials in our name is impersonating us — report it immediately to founder@gammapulse.tech.

What hours do you publish?
  • 8:15 AM ET — morning premarket Gap Elite picks.
  • 4:35 PM ET — end-of-day scoreboard.
  • Sunday 6:00 PM ET — weekly recap.
  • Ad hoc — methodology change notes when the engine version bumps.

Monday through Friday only, US market holidays skipped.
