Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-25 · Draft pending attorney review. Paid subscriptions are not accepted until these Terms have been reviewed.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GammaPulse (the website at gammapulse.tech, the web app, the GammaPulse iPhone and Android apps, our emails and notifications, and our X and Discord accounts — together, the "Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
GammaPulse publishes market observations and analysis tools for US-listed stocks and options: gamma and level analysis, options-flow classification, market regime, scanners, a daily list of trading setups (each with a decision level, an invalidation level and a next level). The same content is published to every reader of a given plan. The Service does not connect to brokerage accounts, place orders, manage money or hold funds.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free: the free dashboard tools described on the pricing page and the top long and top short setup each market day.
- Pro: $29 per month or $249 per year (USD, plus any applicable tax), billed in advance by our payment processor, Whop, which is the merchant of record for web purchases. Pro includes the full dashboard tools described on the pricing page, the full daily list, full-list emails and browser notifications.
- Trial: new Pro subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged at the end of the trial.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for existing subscribers.
- Cancellation: cancel any time from your account (Account → Manage billing). Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- iPhone app (in-app purchase): in the GammaPulse iPhone and Android apps, Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store at the price shown in the app ($29 per month or $249 per year, USD). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Any free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its terms.
- Android app (Google Play): in the GammaPulse Android app, Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing at the price shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel it; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under its policies.
- Refunds: if you're unhappy, email founder@gammapulse.tech within 30 days of your first payment for a refund of that payment. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
- We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
5. No investment advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation that any security or strategy is suitable for you. We don't know your finances, objectives or risk tolerance, and we don't provide individualised advice — including by email, Discord, X or direct message. GammaPulse is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. You alone decide whether and how to trade.
6. Outcomes and statistics
We do not currently publish performance statistics for our setups or tools. If we do, they will cover the complete period from a stated start date, including losses, with their sample size. Past outcomes do not predict future results. Nothing in the Service shows that any setup or tool is profitable.
7. Your use of the Service
Keep your account to yourself; sign-in links are personal. Don't resell, republish or redistribute the Pro content, scrape the Service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's content, methodology text and design belong to GammaPulse.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Emails and notifications can be delayed or not delivered. Market data and the systems we rely on can be wrong or unavailable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GammaPulse and its owners, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost trading profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GammaPulse against claims arising from your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account). We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and shown here with a new version date; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
14. Governing law
[Governing law, venue and the operating legal entity to be set on attorney review.] Before any formal proceeding, contact founder@gammapulse.tech and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
